ข้อแนะนำ (Suggestion)

• วาล์วปล่อยอัตโนมัติจะทำงานตามปกติต่อเมื่อตำแหน่งตัวกรองอยู่ในแนวตั้ง
• ความดันขาเข้าของตัวกรองควรสูงอย่างน้อย 1 บาร์ วาล์วจะปิดโดยอัตโนมัติ และวาล์วจะเปิดเมื่อตัวกรองไม่มีแรงดัน
• ป้อนอากาศอัดเข้าสู่วาล์วอย่างช้าๆเมื่อเริ่มทำงาน (อย่าเปิดวาล์วป้อนอากาศอัดอย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้อากาศแรงดันสูงกระทบกับอุปกรณ์ภายในและทำให้ส่วนประกอบเสียหาย)

• The automatic discharge valve operates normally only when the filter position is vertical.
• The filter inlet pressure should reach 1 bar at least, the valve closes automatically and the valve opens when the filter is not pressurized.
• Input the compressed air slowly to the valve when the work begins (do not open the compressed air input valve quickly to prevent the high-pressure air from impacting the inside devices and causing damage to the components).
• Adjust the required working pressure, when the filter is at a normal and stable working pressure, manually hold the draw off valve which is in the bottom of first filter until the automatic draw off valve is screwed without air leak.
• Finally, connect with the soft hose and pour the condensation oil and water into a container (to avoid polluting the working environment).

การติดตั้งชุดกรองลม

• ควรจะติดตั้งให้ใกล้กับอุปกรณ์นิวเมติกหรือเครื่องจักรให้มากที่สุด เพื่อแก้ปัญหาเรื่องความดันตกคร่อมที่จะเกิดขึ้น
• นอกจากนั้นความสูงระหว่างพื้นถึงตัวกรองจะต้องมีระยะพอที่จะถอดกรองทำความสะอาดหรือเปลี่ยนไส้กรองได้
